My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, conveniently located on the ground floor close to the pool, but there was an issue with water leakage onto the floor which was a bit concerning. The service was exceptional with extremely polite and friendly staff making sure my stay was stress-free. The location was convenient and offered plenty of dining options, although some areas needed maintenance. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a few strange occurrences, but overall, I would recommend this hotel to other families.
